Request a subset across multiple DLLs at once (NUnit)

We've updated the Launchable CLI's integration for the NUnit console runner to support requesting a subset across multiple DLLs.

You can now pass the output from multiple nunit3-console --explore executions into launchable subset. This lets you choose the best tests to run across several DLLs instead of requesting a subset for every DLL (which would lead to unnecessary tests being run).
