Improved stderr/stdout display for test results

The Launchable CLI now captures and displays stderr/stdout from more test runners. The captured output is shown on the test session details page in the Launchable web app. This info helps triage and debug test failures.

Bonus! The web app will reflect the color codes if your output includes ANSI escape codes for color coding. Nice!
