Expanded CLI logs

The Launchable CLI now prints a summary log for every interaction. Now you can see exactly how Launchable interacts with your repositories, tests, and tooling to verify your CLI setup. For example, the CLI now writes out important information like HEAD commits for each of your repos, the number of tests it found (and how many are in a subset), and how many test report files were found.
